Returns
daisyandsaleem.com currently accepts returns on web orders only for shipping delivered in Israel.
In order to get your refund, please return the item in its original package and include all items that were in the box (i.e. gift item, fabric bag).
The box needs to be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Please be patient as we work as fast as safely possible to process incoming shipments and refund your card.
Sale merchandise is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
At this time, unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any international orders.
Customs and Duty
Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are not visible at checkout, they are determined by the customs agency at the destination country. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country.
